At Marie Rene Foundation, we believe every child deserves the chance to learn, develop their talents, and imagine a brighter future without losing connection to the place they call home.
Our work focuses on supporting children and families in Haitian communities, including Jacmel, La Vallée, and Les Cayes. Through practical learning, cultural celebration, and community-led activities, we help young people build skills and confidence.
Where it all began
Meet Our Founder: Marie Rene
Before there was a foundation, there was a woman with a vision.
Long before the Marie Rene Foundation had a website, Marie Rene was already supporting children’s education and organizing activities that brought communities together in Haiti.
The foundation builds upon the work she began, with a commitment to educational opportunities, practical skills, and community connection.
Her vision. Our mission. Haiti’s future.
